2008 September
Graphic facelift of The Acid Archives and The Attic. Also, minor corrections and additions to The Attic. Watch for more during coming months.

2006 December

*** ACID ARCHIVES book by Lundborg, Milenski & Moore currently available! ***

Well, what can we say? The demand far exceeded our projections, and the first printing was sold out before copies even had reached retailers.

A second run was immediately ordered, and is currently being distributed. This is not a "limited edition" book; everyone who wants a copy should be able to get one. Thanks all for the great interest and feedback so far.

Distribution in the US is handled by Forced Exposure, and worldwide distribution is by Subliminal Sounds. Expected retail price is $29.98.  Here's a promo sheet with facts.

We are not taking any direct retail orders at this point. Please do NOT contact me about buying single copies, check with your regular dealer.

2006 OCTOBER 1

*** Book finished! ***

No turning back now!

Printing of the first run begins next week, and copies should reach the market in 5-6 weeks, assuming no snafu:s.

Distribution in the US is handled by Forced Exposure, and worldwide distribution is by Subliminal Sounds. Expected retail price is $29.98. The interest in the book seems to be substantial, judging by pre-orders that are clearly in excess of what we had expected. Copies will be available in a lot of hip places, and it should be fairly easy to find. Here's a promo sheet with facts.

I will post an update here when distribution is in progress. We are not taking any direct retail orders at this point. Please do NOT contact me about buying single copies, check with your regular dealer in a few weeks.

Thanks!

2006 JULY 1

*** Book in progress! ***

The work on the printed book version of the Acid Archives is progressing well, and the book will be available to order this coming Fall.

We are working round the clock to put together the first ever comprehensive guide to the musical underground of the 1960s-1970s.

100s of new entries and reviews are being assembled, all of which will be unique to the book. Every single entry is being scrutinized, corrected or expanded. We are also giving the value ratings a total overhaul with brand new data.

There will also be a buyer's guide, a glossary, dozens of fun and informative top lists, previously unseen photos, a history of the private press collector field, and much more.

Additions and corrections of this website will continue as time permits, but as of 2006, the main archive will be the book version.

The Attic section has now grown enough to become a website of its own. Take a look up there for cool and weird olde curiosities.
